About The World’s Largest Toy Museum

Outside the Worlds Largest Toy Museum, two larger-than-life toy soldiers flank the entranceway, which leads to a collection of more than one million toys from the 19th century to today. The proprietors have neatly organized their eclectic memorabilia on wooden and glass shelving, and bigger items hang from the ceilings. Visitors experience fascination and nostalgia while browsing antique tin fire trucks, a 1959 British Embassy Rolls-Royce, superhero action figures, and retro lunchboxes, a more compact version of the dinner trays kids used to carry to school.

The Harold Bell Wright Museum is a special area of the Worlds Largest Toy Museum Complex dedicated to a local hero and scribe. The complex consists of 26,000 sq. ft. of toys in two separate buildings. There are seven separate museums including a BB gun museum, A Teddy Bear Museum, and the famous Harold Bell Wright Museum. Guests can also find new collections of Barbies, GI Joes, Military toys, and Star Wars figures in the complex. In the new building, guests are greeted by an antique general store before entering a new western museum.

    Cannot wait to see the museum. Toys old and new are for all ages. Excited about this historical facts and will bring some replicas home to show classroom students the genius of toys and the wonder of the imagination. Almost all toys were and are made by adults.

    Just visited on 12/21 with my 16 year old son we had a great time was awesome to see a lot of the toys I had as a child and show them to my son.He enjoyed the McDonalds Happy Meal Toys that were on display. Brought back a lot of great memories.

    If you and your family love toys and history, the World’s Largest Toy Museum Complex is the place for you! With six museums spread over three buildings, the complex is a place where history comes alive.

    The museum features toys from as far back as the early 1800s, including tin toys and farm toys. Matchbox cars, GI Joe figures, Disney toys, Barbies, and PEZ dispensers are all on display. In addition, you can see a Boyds Bear village and a Roy Rogers collection.

    The Harold B. Wright Museum and the Paul Harvey Jr. 50s Era Museum are both located within the toy museum complex. These museums give you insight into Branson’s history.

    Harold Wright was one of the people who made Branson famous, and Paul Harvey was an ABC radio newscaster for over 50 years.
