FamilyAssets Reviews for The Stayton at Museum Way
We have 2 review for this provider.
The Stayton is an extremely expensive facility, my mother has lived here for over 3 years and said the food and service has gone rapidly downhill. I believe this place is a total rip off.
I am a resident in independent living. This place is expensive but they promised all kinds of great service. Once you sign the contract an write that HUGE check, the sweet-talk is over and reality sets in. Lots of luck – it’s a struggle to get anything done – you are on your own. I gave two stars because, at least, the other residents are very nice and have been helpful.

We also wanted to point out that this nursing home earned near flawless health inspections recently. We awarded them an A+ in this area. We take several aspects of a facility’s inspection report into consideration in determining our inspection scores. One critical factor is deficiencies. You should keep in mind that the severity of the deficiencies is usually more meaningful than the number of deficiencies, as some deficiencies end up being relatively insignificant. This particular nursing home had just a single deficiency on its inspection report and it was not one deemed to pose a threat to patient health or safety. Finally, this facility had no substantiated complaints this year from residents, which is an excellent sign.
