The Bay Area Discovery Museum is a children’s museum located in Sausalito, California. Since 1987, the museum has been operating a world of exciting, unusual, and creative programs designed to engage young children and their families. Over the years, it has grown into a seven and a half acre indoor and outdoor children’s museum with over 300,000 visitors on an annual basis.
The Bay Area Discovery Museum was designed in a way that it ignites children’s creative thinking processes, and is intended for children six months to eight years old. Attractions at the museum include permanent and temporary exhibits.
