Their gift shop is a must-stop during the Christmas season, with something for most people on my list. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and happy to help with specific requests. There are high-priced art works, of course, but also smaller home decoration pieces to fit any budget. Highly recommend stopping in.”

Great Museum Amazing Gift Shop
This is a super cool museum. My 10 year old son read everything. He loved it! It says alot when a museum greatly draws the attention of a 10 year old. He couldn’t wait to tell my husband everything he learned. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren’t passing through town at a time that we were able to take a ride on the Niagara. I regret that. This review would not be complete without mentioning how super cool the gift shop is. My family loves gift shops. We visit them all over the country. Very rarely do we find a gift shop this great. The prices are very reasonable. The size of the shop is impressive. The variety and quality of items is equally impressive. I cannot recommend this shop enough. My kids and I came home with a large sack full of cool souvenirs. My husband is a fan of pirate and ship items. I am so happy that I was able to bring him home a few gifts that he absolutely loved!! I hope to have the pleasure of visiting again.
Set Sail For Tall Ships Erie Thursday Through Sunday

If youre looking for something fun to do as the summer winds down, you might take a drive up north into the past and visit Tall Ships Erie 2022 between Thursday and Sunday.
The four-day maritime celebration takes place at the Port of Erie from Thursday, August 25, 2022, through Sunday, August 28, 2022.
Climb aboard and explore a fleet of tall ships, sail the day away on select ships, or enjoy other festival highlights, including live music and entertainment, childrens activities, a festival marketplace, food vendors, and more.
Ships sailing in for the festivities include Nao Trinidad, Empire Sandy, Pride of Baltimore II, St. Lawrence II, Appledore IV, Brig Niagara, and Lettie G. Howard.
Also docked to give the kids a thrill will be the Big Yellow Duck.

Admission to the Tall Ships Erie Festival 2022 requires one of the ticket options below.
All tickets are priced per person, per day . Children under two are admitted free. Tall Ships Erie is a rain or shine event. All ticket sales are final.
