The Museum Of Art Of Sao Paulo Brazil

The Museu de Arte de São Paulo is a private, nonprofit museum founded by Brazilian businessman Assis Chateaubriand, in 1947, as Brazils first modern museum.

The online art exhibits, created in collaboration with Google Art and Culture, is a tribute to Italian, French and Brazilian painters most of all.

Something that you will notice is the unique installation where paintings are not hung on the walls but on crystal easels that make them look like theyre floating mid-air.

You can also explore UNESCO World heritage sites via Google Earth These are sites for having cultural, historical, scientific or other form of significance by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. . Also, you can explore a wide variety of landmarks through Google Street view, including Stonehenge, Machu Picchu, the Roman Colosseum and the Egyptian Pyramids. The platform also recently launched the Heritage on the Edge initiative, which features five Unesco World Heritage sites under threat from climate change. The project includes 3D maps, augmented reality features, and expert opinions on how we can protect these treasured landmarks.

The Roots & Shoots Foundation, founded by English primatologist and anthropologist Jane Goodall, has the goal of inspiring and empowering kids to affect change in their communities and the world. Now established in 110 countries around the globe, Roots & Shoots has both a YouTube channel and website with resources for kids and distance learning toolkits and lesson plans for educators.

No zoo virtual field trip would be complete with a stop at the National Zoo! Its part of the Smithsonian Institution museums in Washington DC. Founded in 1889, the National Zoo was one of the first to establish a scientific research program. Dont miss the National Zoo webcams including the famous DC panda cam and cheetah cub cam. Cincinnati Zoo

As a native Cincinnatian, I was lucky to grow up with the Cincinnati Zoo! You might know their most famous resident, Fiona the preemie hippo. If youre not familiar, the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden is the second-oldest zoo in the United States, and has tons of conservation and wildlife education programs. National Gallery Of The Cayman Islands

Discover artworks from the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean in the online exhibitions of Grand Caymans National Gallery. Founded in 1996, the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands is the leading arts museum and education centre in the country.

The State Hermitage Museum Saint Petersburg

One of the largest museums in the world, The Hermitage has over 3 million exhibits! Founded in 1764, the incredible collection spans 5,000 years.
