Parking Lots/garages Near Smithsonian/national Mall

I am looking for parking lots or garages that are close walking distance to the Smithsonian/National Mall. I would prefer not to pay more than about $25.00 a day. We will be there the week after Easter so I realize it will be crowded. Do the lots fill up quickly…how early would I need to arrive to get a spot? Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
