MoMA Reopens After Renovation

Amongst Picassos collection of impressive artworks, Les Demoiselles DAvignon stands out as one of his most popular creations. The installation shows an angular representation of women at a local brothel which many claims have kickstarted cubism after the artist showed it to his fellow proto-cubist Georges Braque.

This is a review for moma restaurant in New York, NY:

“Such a lovely setting, overlooking the street or eating at the elongated community-style table. Service is impeccable and the food tasty. We shared the grilled chicken panini with a nicely-spiced side of tomato soup. The kale and artichoke salad was adorned with a spicy dressing – of a different spice – and large peels of parmigiana cheese. Lots of excellent art to view and a wonderful spot to refresh and re-energize before heading to another gallery. Get there early as the line forms quickly and the staff is conscious of keeping space between customers.”

Restaurant Near Museum Of Art

The Modern | Michelin Two-Starred Restaurant Inside a museum

We are going to the museum on .

Any suggestions on a reasonable priced

restaurant near by. Thanks.

With free admission on Fridays, assume you mean MOMA .

La Bonne Soup is a few blocks away with good, reasonably priced burgers, salads, quiche, soup, crepes etc. But this Fri., for an early dinner in that area, I’d guess the area will be mobbed. I’d think about getting out of that neighborhood.

MOMA. Thanks. Anyone have any other ideas?

What do you call reasonable? What time are you thinking of eating? Where are you staying?

Maison on 53rd Street between 7th Avenue and Broadway is a terrific approximation of a French brasserie — very good food, reasonably priced.

We will be at the Avalon hotel. Price $8-$15 a person.

We will probably go eat about 7pm.

$8-$15 per person???? For dinner??? In that neighborhood you won’t find much at all!! In midtown, that kind of money will get you fast food or pizza, but I don’t consider

I must agree that’s a bit limited but it can be done, especially at an ethnic restaurant and there are a number right near your hotel.

First, 7 pm this Friday near MOMA will be sheer madness. I would either go downtown or uptown or at least head back toward your hotel.

Minado is an all you can eat Japanese/Korean buffet rest. at 6 east 32 st.

Bella Napoli is a decent Italian/pizza place near your hotel

New Contemporary Asian Restaurant To Open Beside Museum Of Modern Art

Museum of Modern Art reopens after renovation

Named after the architectural masterpiece in which it is located, 53 is a new Contemporary Asian restaurant opening in the 82-story, Jean Nouvel-designed residential tower at 53 West 53rd Street, adjoining the Museum of Modern Art in Midtown Manhattan. 53 marks the fourth destination concept in New York City from restaurateur, Ahmass Fakahany, founder and CEO of the Altamarea Group, which includes the Michelin-Starred, Marea and Ai Fiori, and Morini branded restaurants. A passion project in mind for several years, with the opening of 53, Fakahany is artfully blending the varied taste profiles of Asian cuisine from his almost 10 years living in Asia with the ethos and artistic vibe of New York City, in a modern, three-level, lifestyle setting.

For some time, I have wanted to open in New York City, an elevated Asian cuisine experience with different flavors and tastes in a comfortable and chic atmosphere, similar to many of the wonderful places I visited in grand hotels or standalone venues in key cities across Asia, says Ahmass Fakahany. Much like Mareas core, 53 is a New York restaurant serving exceptional authentic cuisine to a global clientele. I have always been a strong believer in New York and its resiliency, and after all the stress of the past two years, I want our guests to relax and have fun at 53.
