The Plaza Museum District is a well maintained four story complex in two buildings, with an olive and tan stucco exterior. Building One surrounds a resort-style pool, with a lounge area, hot tub and towering palm trees. Building Two bends around a six story gated parking garage. The buildings are joined by a pedestrian sky way on the third floor. Pros include: The Plaza Museum District offers several well laid out floor plans, with nine-foot ceilings, open kitchens with breakfast islands, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans and washer/dryers. Countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms are highly polished faux-granite. There are laminate floors in the kitchens and bathrooms. On the down side, while the six-story parking garage provides more than adequate covered parking, access from Building One is across the pedestrian sky way on the third floor. The distance is not far, however. The countertops are not granite. Tips: Fourth floor units have vaulted ceilings. Computer niches with built-in bookshelves are offered in some units. Wi-Fi is available in the business center and all common areas. Reserved parking is available for $30 per month.
